Before you call.
How do I get a towing estimate?
Call 937-877-7784 with your pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and condition. Tell dispatch about any loading or access issues so the team can discuss the service and estimate with you.
Which towing service do I need?
Cars and SUVs usually start with our light duty services. Vans and box trucks may need medium duty equipment; semis and other large commercial vehicles need a heavy duty assessment. Dispatch will confirm the right equipment for your vehicle and load.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes. Dispatch is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for towing, recovery, and roadside assistance. Lot visits and vehicle releases have separate arrangements; call ahead before traveling to a location.
Do you move equipment and materials?
Yes. Call with the load description, dimensions, approximate weight, pickup, destination, and loading arrangements. Dispatch will review equipment suitability and access for your move.
Can you tow outside the Dayton area?
Long distance towing and transport are available. Call with your pickup and destination so dispatch can review the route and equipment needed.
What should I do before visiting a lot or collecting a vehicle?
Call first to confirm where the vehicle is held, visiting or release hours, required identification and ownership documents, and any payment arrangements. Do not travel to a lot until dispatch confirms the details.
Can I email for emergency assistance?
For immediate help, call dispatch. Email is for general inquiries and is not an emergency dispatch channel. If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, call 911 first.
